Start with the application
Describe the materials or waste, operating sites, routes and expected duty cycle. Waste collection, road sweeping and container handling have different requirements even when similar chassis are used.
Provide chassis information
If a chassis is already available, send its identification details, clear photographs and approved drawings where available. Payload, available dimensions, body mounting and power requirements should be assessed before the specification is finalised. A photograph alone does not establish compatibility.
Separate requirements from options
State the essential function and required capacity, then list additional equipment as separate options. This makes technical and commercial comparison clearer and distinguishes the equipment body from the chassis and optional accessories.
Include maintenance requirements
Discuss routine service, access to service points and the way your organisation maintains its equipment. Existing fleet experience and recurring faults can identify areas that deserve attention in the configuration.
What to send to Mqayes
Send the equipment type, intended use, chassis information if available, required capacity or working height, country and city, and expected quantity. These details form the starting point for a technical proposal.
